The HHSH leader, Aram Manukyan’s speech claimed that they will do everything at the upcoming National Assembly elections to have it differ from the previous disgraceful elections. Levon Zurabyan announced that the “ARMY” is moving forward and from this second can move forward to the total attack, in which the people responded with enthusiasm: “Now, Now…”
Sukiasya also gave a speech in which he said: “Whether or not I will be registered, I will input all my strength and ability to see these reforms fulfilled and become reality.” Aram Sarkisian also announced and called to continue to fight against the kleptocratic regime of the party, declaring that the ruling party at this time cannot collect 40 percent of the vote and gave a word that these elections that will be held on May 6th will be fair. He said that the government will be powerless to make any forgeries.
ANC leader, Levon Ter-Petrossian, called for a creation of an impartial committee for October 27, 1999 and Mach 1, 2008 crimes in order to study in the preparation of legal implications.
During Nikol Pashinyan’s speech, the people were constantly interrupting and exclaiming “Now, Now…” The people’s patience has been crossed and the opposition march was attended by thousands of Yerevan City residents and supporters of the opposition. As in all the opposition demonstrations, all the roads leading to Yerevan City, where the demonstrations were held, were controlled by the Special Forces and were closed. All the power given to these forces were used to administer the orders of Armenia’s criminal regime. However, in overcoming all difficulties, thousands of opposition supporters, putting their lives in risk, came and took part in the ANC organized meetings.
