Fight, Fight to the End… - Lilia Chakarian

Today, at the Freedom Square, thousands of people gathered again and kept repeating the same slogan: "Serge, leave ..." and "Fight, fight to the end."

“Armenia’s authorities are not going for votes; they are only going for more violations,” said the former Mayor, ANC member, Vahagn Khachatrian. “The situation will change only with the exit of the current powers,” said Tigran Paskevichyan.

Stepan Demirchyan said, “Demand for the changes are already full-fledged,” and Aram Sargsyan, in his speech said that Armenia can get out of this difficult situation only by the way in which Yemene, Egypt, and Tunisia got out: disobedience.

In a closing speech, ANC leader, Levon Ter-Petrosyan, read a declaration in which all serious crimes of non-legitimate president, Serzh Sargsyan, were clearly stated. Then, ten thousands of people marched the streets of Yerevan.

The next meeting will take place in February of 2012.
