To publish declaration for Serzh Sargsyan’s resignation

The Armenian National Congress central office has not received any alarms from the provinces due to the tradition of closing roads for cars traveling from the provinces to the capital ahead of the rally. The ANC will hold another rally at Freedom Square tomorrow at 18:00. "The central office usually receives alarms on the day of the rally. The flow of information will start early in the morning and the picture will be clear at midday," ANC leader Levon Ter-Petrosyan's press speaker Arman Musinyan told "A1+" today. He doesn't rule out the impact of the climate on the participation of residents of provinces. "Even if our supporters try to reach Yerevan by car, they will have problems on the road due to the snow and ice." Touching upon RA Chief of Police Vladimir Gasparyan's statement according to which the control during previous rallies might be stricter tomorrow, Arman Musinyan said: "That's how they work. If you recall, the police announce two or three months and say that they are trying to prevent the entrance of citizens of provinces to Yerevan. If the police truly get involved in the fight against crime, we will only be happy for that." As far as the agenda of tomorrow's rally is concerned, Musinyan informed that the key item on the agenda would be the adoption of a declaration on the political grounds for Serzh Sargsyan's resignation. As to what will follow that, Levon Ter-Petrosyan's press speaker said: "The answers to such questions are given at the rallies." Arman Musinyan didn't rule out the continuation of the rally in the form of a sitting strike.
