Youth arrested

This morning police arrested HAK activists participating in the picket held in front of "Golden Tulip" Hotel in Yerevan where the two-day seminar on "EU-Armenia: Civil Society" is being held.

According to initial data, police have arrested 4 young men, including Sargis Gevorgyan, Vahagn Gevorgyan, Areg Gevorgyan and Sargis Ghazaryan.

The police refuse to comment on the arrest and say that the youth's lawyer Vahe Hovsepyan is with them and will comment later.

A short while ago, an ambulance came to the Kentron police headquarters, but the doctors weren't allowed to enter in the beginning.
