We found out yesterday that on the preceding day, the Armenian National Congress had sent the case against Robert Kocharyan to the International Criminal Court of The Hague. According to our information, the text of the case alone consists of 280 pages while the attached documentation amounts to 4,500 pages. Among them is detailed information on the 40 cases currently being deliberated upon at the European Court of Human Rights. Attached to the case is also a vast quantity of audio and video recordings, testimonies, etc. These documents as well as audio and video recordings, relate not only to the events of March 1 and 2 of 2008 in Yerevan, but also to some sensational murders committed during the years of Kocharyan’s presidency, the forcible eviction of the inhabitants in the center of Yerevan from their houses, and numerous other data. We are not aware of other details of the case as yet.
